Reinforced From the Ground Up

The Roughshot is built with a McKay-stitched construction in addition to a double row of outside stitching for unmatched durability. A set of reinforcing screws anchors the Vibram® 100 lug sole directly to the all-leather midsole system, locking in long-term stability and support. Every internal component—from the arch and insole to the heel base and counter—is made from real leather, never synthetics.

The upper combines roughout leather in high-wear areas with a smooth leather shaft, giving the boot a sharp, work-ready look that hides dirt and resists scuffs. The Original Roughshot is fully rebuildable and handmade in the USA.
